Dennis Trevarthen has extensive experience in learning & development, information technology, project management and capability development. This unique combination has lead to work roles as diverse as consulting for APEC within Asia on the development of telecommunication standards, to developing standards for the Australian mining industry, leading (as Chief Information Officer) a significant web based B2B development for BP Australia, to developing custom PRINCE2 implementations incorporating AGILE processes.

Dennis is also an experienced project manager, and has managed projects in IT, business development and change management for clients like BP Australia, ACER, IBSA, Department of Transport, Victoria, Treasury Wine Estates and major federal government agencies.

As a consultant in capability development, Dennis has worked with most major industry sectors in Australia developing performance standards and capability frameworks.

Dennis is a highly regarded facilitator / consultant in project management methodologies (PMBOK, AGILE and PRINCE2), currently working with clients in the commercial, public and education sectors.

Dennis is also an internationally recognised podcaster, utilising digital and social media to build a weekly audience over 75,000 across the globe.
