Ability Associates have a long history (previously as The DAT Corporation), of software development and consulting services associated with the training industry.

Our principal holds specialist qualifications in training systems and industrial sociology and has applied these to software development for over 25 years. In particular, the development of the network Windows application ABILITY used by many industry groups for the development and maintenance of competency (performance) standards and assessment during the 1990's. The ABILITY software is currently being assessed for redevelopment as a Web 2.0 based performance management system.
Dennis is also an accredited management trainer with the Australian Institute of Management.
